1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Shoes must not have been worn and show no signs of wear anywhere inside or outside the shoe.
- Special Order items are final sale.
2. How to Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@tutusanddanceshoes.com or 706-305-1850.
- You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) which must be included with your return.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
